Scholarships for Vietnamese students available now!

In 2024, AFS will provide 10 full scholarships for candidates according to the criteria below.

Intercultural education is mission-critical for our societies. It is urgent to provide youth with a global perspective and help them engage in open and effective interactions with people from different cultures. Bringing AFS programs to Vietnam promotes intercultural understanding, enhances education, fosters global citizenship, and contributes to the country’s social and economic development. It empowers Vietnamese youth to become more globally aware and prepares them to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

AFS programs will provide students with the opportunity and support to develop the global competence needed to collaborate and communicate across cultures and create personal ties between people in other countries and Vietnam, both widening the perspective of Vietnamese youth and enabling citizens around the world to get to know Vietnamese culture in a positive and personal way.

We encourage all eligible candidates to explore this opportunity and apply!
